Oh my Sonny Boy🌼 I’ve been getting lots of I love yous more than usual on this trip. I’m just soaking it all in and the best part is how he’s so excited for everything. Whether it’s swinging with his brother on the beach or seeing a bunch of fishes swim past his feet, the extra giggles have been giving me so much life. Slowing all the way down to soak in all the moments has been so good for my mama heart💛

You have been assigned this mountain so you can show people it can be moved💛
I was so resistant to this trip, my limiting mindset was so concern with everything that has been happening in our lives. All I could think of why we shouldn’t be going. One day I just stopped and realized maybe this trip is just what we needed. To reset, to reconnect, and to remind us that everything is always on Divine time. Right then and there my fears melted away and knew what’s for us, will happen and we’ll always be taken care of. Trust and have unwavering faith in your dreams because the future you depends on it.

Always, baby girls!!!! I’m leaning so much into this phrase in my own life. Choosing healthier habits instead of wanting to be skinny. If it doesn’t feel good I don’t do it. If I feel like I’m forcing instead of flowing, it’s a better idea not to do it. Or if I’m feeling guilty or feel like I HAVE to do whatever it is...it’ll be a hard no. I want to be more present now not living in the past or trying to predict the future☀️

Get you a best friend that you are so in sync with. Someone who doesn’t even need to say something but with a mere look, the both of you bust out laughing. A relationship that is effortless that time is irrelevant and you pick up where you left off but know at any moment you will drop it all to be with her in a time in need. My latest podcast episode was super hard to record because of all the pain it brings up for my Mami and I. She told me a couple of weeks ago that at she’s been listening to my podcast😱 I wanted to throw up lol. She’s my biggest critic and I hate it because all I ever want to do is make her proud. During my Release and Renew workshop she came and sat towards the back. My boo mentioned that my mom was quietly crying, a lot. I asked her recently where those emotions were coming from and she said, “I’m just so proud of you and what you’re doing”. Goodness, how much I love this little lady❤️ @ Rustic Charm & Petals

I talk about a very painful part of my life that I still live through every day and that is the estrangement of my family. I talk about how I’ve coped and eventually came to the difficult decision to disassociate myself from my blood. I have no words.
