The very first time I spoke to Amy Fritz of Afritz Photography she had just seen one of my posts about the 4IZE Method™ I had created and implemented in my business.

I sat down next to her and she said, “Hi… I saw your post.” Then asked a question.

And it caught me off guard. I remember thinking…

She saw it.

Not just the post.

She saw what I was trying to do.
What I was trying to build.
What I was trying to say.
What I was trying to accomplish.

And we had never even spoken before.

I knew right then there was something different about her.

Now, after only our second meeting, I understand why.

Amy has a gift.

Have you ever had so much in your brain that you just needed someone to hand it all over to?

Someone who could understand the vision, sort through the messy pieces, connect the dots, and help turn all those thoughts into something clear?

That is Amy.

Sometimes my words get jumbled on the way out of my brain.

I have a lot of ideas.
A lot of vision.
A lot I’m trying to build.

My course “Preparing Lived-In Homes for the Market: The 4IZE Method™” is now a 2 CE credit class approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission. (Course Number: 0032590)

It teaches Realtors how to approach preparing lived-in homes for the market, especially when the home is occupied.

Because staging isn’t the first step.
