These 4 challah shapes are made with nothing but a twist, and they're stunning 🤩
No braiding. No stress. Just beautiful bread.

Which one's calling your name?

Recipe - One Loaf
(Double for two)
500g flour
7g dry yeast
50g sugar
10g salt
50g oil
220g water
Makes 800g of dough.

Each shape uses strands of 130–200g.
For the ones in this video: 130g per strand / 50cm (20").

All you need is 800g of dough made from 500g AP flour.

🤍Braid 3 challahs from 4 strands = 12 strands total
💙Each strand 65g, 28cm / 11 inches long
🤍Cut each braided challah in half, 6 half-challahs
💙Arrange the 6 halves into a 6-point star
