Checking in! Our building team has been hard at work hanging drywall in our Manhattan Beach project - this is when the reeeeal fun starts! We're working on finalizing our finish selections and details and cannot wait to start to see this project really take shape.

Took this photo 3 days late (hydrangeas looking sad) and probably coulda moved my dog but still cute right!! Love seeing the new millwork and paint and how it all is working together so beautifully.

Full plumbing walkthrough with the contractors at our Manhattan Beach new build! It’s a lot of fun getting on site with the team to go through all the nitty gritty details. On today’s agenda we discussed valve locations, niche sizes, shower curbs, etc. Our job isn’t just the pretty stuff, but every step is so important! Ready for rough valves! (Ps, swipe to the end for some cuteness, hard to leave home with these goodbye waves!)

Missing our charming little kitchen in Venice! We added the Zellige tile, white oak shelves, and brass brackets.. 7 years later she still looks great.

Sourced this gem for my dining room while in Florence a few weeks ago!! It was so fun peeking into all the antique shops, finding just the right thing to bring home to LA.
