🌟 Introducing my new silicone fidget rings! 🌟
It started as a simple demonstration of knot-tying, but I quickly realized that these beaded rings were incredibly soothing in my own meetings. Soon, my supervisor asked for one…then a couple of other therapists and colleagues noticed and asked for one too. Now several of them are using these rings to help ease anxiety, improve focus, and stay grounded during tough days.
