With full hearts, we want to share that we have made the difficult decision to close our business. This journey has been nothing short of incredible, and it’s all because of you—our amazing customers, supporters, and friends.
From the very beginning, through the challenges of COVID and the milestones along the way, you’ve been with us. You’ve watched Otis grow up, celebrated our wins, and helped our small business reach over 7,000 orders across every state. More than 20 retailers believed in our candles, and every single order was a reminder of the community we built together.
We are beyond grateful for your love and support. Our motto, “Embrace your uniqueness,” has guided us from day one, and we hope it stays with you as a reminder to always be unapologetically yourself. Now more than ever, that message feels more important than ever.
