Founder: LivGray Designs| 800+ homes transformed

After renovating homes for almost two decades, Jennifer Meyer the Founder and Interior Designer behind LivGrayDesigns.com, decided to bring her knowledge of interior design and renovations online. She hopes to inspire women around the globe that curating a beautiful home doesn’t have to be stressful nor does it have to break the bank. Her passion is in encouraging women who are struggling to clear the clutter, get organized, and learn the foundational principals of good, timeless design for their homes that will bring joy for years to come. Aside from writing this website and her first E-book “5 Steps to Find Your Interior Design Style,” Jennifer practices the slow flip method and BRRR methods of buying and renovating homes. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, traveling, and serving within her community. You can check out the online and local design services that she provides and shop her home at LivGrayDesigns.com. You can reach Jennifer by email at [email protected].

The Art of Home. 🏡 🫶🏼

Whether you purchase a brand new home or new to you home, the caring and upkeep is what most people don’t realize is what sets a clean, organized, and well kept home apart from the rest.

Anyone can buy new. The art of Home is what keeps it feeling that way.

Join me as I share tips, tricks, and ideas for keeping your own home whether new, old, rented, or owned well loved and maintained.

Tonight I’m sharing my entry stair refresh. A can of stain + poly in one by BEHR® Paint , my fave staining sponge and gloves from The Home Depot and 30 minutes of my time, is all it took to make our stairs look brand new.

What project could you tackle today to make your home more enjoyable? Share in the comments below.

Your sofa might look clean… but when was the last time you actually deep cleaned it? 👀

One of my favorite ways to instantly freshen up a space is steam/extraction cleaning upholstered furniture, especially sofas that see everyday life, kids, pets, spills and everything in between.

And my favorite cleaning tool to date? My Little Green Machine. 🙌🏼 Small, easy to pull out, and SO satisfying when you see what it actually removes from your upholstery. I use mine for sofas, chairs, rugs, car interiors and those random little stains that inevitably happen.

✨ I linked my Little Green Machine in my bio!

✨ SIX YEARS OF LIVGRAY CO. ✨

Walking into my 6th year in business, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. What started as a dream has grown into a business, a warehouse full of beautiful things, hundreds of homes transformed, and a career that allows me to wake up and do what I genuinely love every day.

But the greatest gift this business has given me is the opportunity to raise my children as a single mama while building a life and career I’m proud of. 🤍

To every client who has trusted me with their home, every Realtor and business who has referred me, and every friend and family member who has supported, encouraged, shared, liked, recommended, or simply believed in me…THANK YOU! You have played a part in this journey, and I don’t take any of it for granted.

Here’s to year SIX, continued growth, beautiful spaces, big goals, and seeing where God takes LivGray Co. next. 💫✨
