😍🍊 Luscious Cranberry Orange Loaf Cake

You’ve got to try this Cranberry Orange Loaf Cake! The combination of tart cranberries and sweet orange is amazing! 😍🍊
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
1 large orange, zested and juiced
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2 tbsp orange juice (for glaze)
Orange slices and extra cranberries for garnish
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and sour cream.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the fresh cranberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
Garnish with orange slices and extra cranberries before serving.

Pumpkin Crisp 🎃🍂🥧
Ingredients:

4 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:

Prepare Pumpkin Base: In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
Make Crisp Topping: In another bowl, combine oats, flour, melted butter, and pecans until crumbly.
Bake: Spread the oat mixture over the pumpkin base. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve Warm: Enjoy with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
Cookie Crust
20 Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Cookies
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Strawberry Cheesecake Filling
12 large strawberries
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
12 Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Cookies, divided
How To Make Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Bars
Cookie Crust 🤤😋
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil so foil is overhanging on two sides. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Put Oreo Cookies in a food processor and blend until they turn into crumbs. Pour in melted butter and pulse a few times until well blended.
Put cookie mixture into baking pan and press down into even layer on bottom of pan.
Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven. Keep oven heated at 325 degrees.
Strawberry Cheesecake Filling and Assembly
Place strawberries in a blender or food processor and process until strawberries are pureed. You should have about ¾ cup of strawberry puree (it’s OK if it’s a little bit less).
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat cream cheese on medium speed for about 1 minute, until fluffy.
Add sugar, flour, salt and vanilla and beat until mixture is smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until smooth. Mix in strawberry puree.
Pour batter over crust. Crumble about 8 Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Cookies and sprinkle them over the top of the cheesecake filling.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 325 degrees, until edges are turning golden and filling is set, but still a little jiggly in the middle.
Remove pan from oven and let cool completely before placing in fridge for at least two hours.
Use foil overhang to take bars out of pan. Remove foil from bottom and set on cutting board. Crumble remaining four Oreo Cookies and top cheesecake with them before slicing into squares and serving

Brown Sugar Carmel Pound Cake 😋😋
Ingredients
1 ½ cups butter softened
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
5 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1 8oz bag toffee chips (I use Heath)
1 cup pecans, chopped

Caramel Drizzle:
1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make Brown Sugar Carmel Pound Cake
Preheat oven to 325 spray a 12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray or grease and dust with flour
Beat butter until creamy. Add sugars beating until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mix to batter alternately with milk, beat until just combined. Stir in toffee chips and pecans. Spoon batter into pan and bake 85 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. To prevent excess browning, cover cake with foil while baking.
Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack. Spoon caramel drizzle over cooled cake.
Directions for Caramel Drizzle
In a medium saucepan combine condensed milk and brown sugar; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking frequently. Reduce heat, and SIMMER for 8 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat; whisk in butter and vanilla. Let cool for 5 minutes before using. NOTE: Make sure to drizzle the caramel while it’s still HOT

Perfect French Toast 😋😋
INGREDIENTS
8 thick slices bread (a hearty white bread should work, about 1/2″ slices)
1 1/2 cups whole milk, warmed
4 eggs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted plus extra for skillet
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place bread on a wire rack or baking sheet and bake bread for 7- 8 minutes. Flip, then bake another 8 minutes. Remove from rack and let cool 5 minutes.
Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish.
Soak the bread in the mixture about 20 seconds per side, then transfer to a separate baking sheet, so it doesn’t get soggy.
Lower oven temperature to 200F (to keep cooked french toast warm).
Add butter to a skillet, and cook over low heat. Transfer slices of bread to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer toast to a baking sheet, and place in the oven.
Repeat until all toast is cooked. Serve warm with butter, powdered sugar, and/or maple syrup.

7 Up Biscuits 😋☺️
Ingredients :
4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make 7 Up Biscuits
Mix bisquick, sour cream and 7 up. Dough will be very soft – don’t worry Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter. Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9×13 casserole dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees.
