I’m honored to share that Butterfly’s Rest is now part of the Seattle Restored community through a pop-up storefront at 800 Fifth.

What began as a dream, a few buckets of flowers, and many early mornings has grown into a space of its own — a place to slow down, discover beautiful things, and find a moment of beauty in the midst of your day.

Stop by for seasonal flowers, candles, greeting cards, and thoughtfully curated gifts from local artists and makers I admire, including and .

Mother's Day flowers are here!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and preorders for our seasonal arrangements are now open. Whether you’re celebrating your mom, a mother figure, or someone who simply deserves something beautiful, this is a moment worth marking with flowers.

Preordering ensures your flowers are reserved and designed with full attention. Quantities are intentionally limited to protect quality, and ordering will close once we reach capacity.

Unexpected, but it works.

Broccoli, kumquats, flowers, and foliage that might not usually be seen together, until they are.

Brought into balance through contrast — where orange and purple meet, bear grass adds movement, and alocasia introduces a familiar form in an unfamiliar setting.

Elements fall forward and overlap, framing the space and drawing your eye in so the arrangement feels like something you step into, not just look at.

A space to pause.

This floral arch and meadow installation began with overwintered twigs and branches just beginning to bloom.

Spring branches are fleeting. For a brief moment each year, they reach outward with quiet energy — full of life, movement, and promise. Working with them is less about shaping and more about observing, following the natural line of each stem.

This piece slowly found its form that way — branch by branch — letting the season lead and the stems guide the shape.

There’s something fitting about that for a wedding.

Valentine’s Day was full in the best way 💕

Thank you to the local businesses — — who partnered with us and to every customer who chose Butterfly’s Rest to help express your love. It’s an honor to be part of those moments.

The studio is now taking a short break — I’m heading to Korea to be with family and to continue refining my artistry through floral study. It feels important to pause, reconnect, and return inspired.

I’ll continue responding to inquiries and emails during this time, but orders and events will be paused until April 10.
