Preheat oven 🔥

1/2 cup shredded carrots 🥕
3 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tbsp hoisin sauce 🍯
1 tsp sesame oil 🌰
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger) 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated 🥬

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) 🥕🟢🌽
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
