Oven Baked Pork Chops

6-8 Pork Chops (I used boneless)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Paprika, regular or smoked
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Thyme (optional)
2 tsp. Ranch Seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Lay pork chops in prepared baking dish
3. Drizzle pork chops with olive oil. Rub oil onto both sides.
4. In a bowl, mix all spices together.
5. Sprinkle spice mixture onto each pork chop and rub in.2 Tbsp.
6. Turn pork chops over and do the other side.
7. Bake in oven, uncovered, until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Mine baked for 45-55 minutes.

Chocolate Banana Cake
(Using a cake mix)

1 Chocolate Cake Mix
3 ripe Bananas, mashed or puréed
1/3 cup Oil
1 cup Water
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Yogurt or Sour Cream
1 cup Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray or grease & flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Place cake mix in a mixing bowl.
3. Add bananas, eggs, water, oil and yogurt or sour cream.
4. Whisk together, making sure all of the dry cake mix together s incorporated into the other ingredients.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Spread into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
7. Cool & frost as desired.

Baked Sheet Pan Veggies

Any veggies your family likes
Cut into cubes

Seasonings:
1 tsp. Paprika, smoked or regular
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes, dried or fresh

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with baking spray.
2. Cut veggies into cubes and place in a bowl or ziplock bag.
3. Drizzle with oil and add desired spices.
4. Stir or shake in bag to coat veggies with the spices.
5. Let veggies sit to marinate with the spices.
6. When ready to bake, spread onto prepared baking pan(s), in a single layer.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until veggies are fork-tender.

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

3 Chicken Breasts
4 cups Hot Water
1 Tbsp. Chicken Bullion, I used low Sodium
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Shredded Carrots, optional
12 ounces Noodles, uncooked

1. Place chicken in slow cooker/crock pot.
2. Mix seasonings with hot water and pour over chicken.
3. Cook on high for 3 hours.
4. Remove chicken from broth and cut into bite size pieces, then return to slow cooker.
5. Add carrots, if using, stir and cook until carrots are done.
6. Add noodles and cook until noodles are done.
7. If necessary, add more water or chicken broth. The noodles absorb the broth.
8. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops & Rice

6 Boneless pork Chops
1 can (10.5 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) Cheddar Cheese Soup
3 cups warm Water
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
1 Tbsp. Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Chicken Bullion
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 & 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice (NOT Minute Rice!)

1. spray or line your slow cooker.
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients except the pork chops.
3. Whisk together to combine thoroughly.
4. Pour mixture into bottom of slow cooker
5. Push pork chops down into mixture so they are covered.
6. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
7. Note: after 3 hours you can add any vegetables you like and continue cooking.

Onion Soup Mix

2 Tbsp. Oregano, dried
1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. White Sugar, optional
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Basil, dried
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
2 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion
1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Beef Bullion

1. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
2. 2-3 Tbsp. Of this mix equals 1 packet of store bought Onion Soup Mix.

Quick Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

1 pound Sausage, cooked, crumbled & drained
2 pkgs. Peppered Gravy Mix (2.75 oz. each)
4 cups water
1 tube Butter Flavor Jumbo Biscuits (8 count)

1. Cook and drain sausage
2. In a separate pan, whisk gravy mix into the cool water.
3. Cook until it comes to a boil and thickens.
4. Add cook sausage to the gravy and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Cook biscuits according to package directions.
6. Serve hot biscuits and gravy!
7. Easy but delicious!!

Orange Dreamsicle Salad

1 small box orange Jell-O
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 - 8oz. tub Cool Whip
1-14 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows

1. In a large bowl combine orange Jell-O and boiling water. Mix well to dissolve and then add cold water and stir.
2. Chill for 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Whisk in vanilla pudding mix until smooth and chill for another 10 minutes until it becomes thickened.
4. Fold in Cool Whip, oranges and marshmallows. Chill.
