Seymour CT: Removed & Replaced the original painted wood balusters with new Crown Heritage, black square (1/2”x1/2”) metal spindles with new lower shoe trims. A great option to update the look without having to replace the the other railing components. No floor/stair tread patching required.

Oxford CT: Staircase makeover. Old carpet was removed. The stair treads and handrails were sanded stained & poly (Duraseal, Warm Grey). The spindles, stringers and risers were painted. New carpet installed

Seymour CT: Primary Bathroom Renovation. Full demolition. New tub, tub walls. Tile, shower valve & shower head. New frameless sliding shower door. Improved insulation. New Sheetrock. New wall hung sink & faucet with finished traps & shutoffs. Recessed medi cabinet.
Updated bath fan, lighting, trim and closet doors. Painted walls, trim and doors. New glue down, grouted LVT flooring.

Milford CT: Small Bathroom Tub and Shower Update.
Swapped the original tub and walls with a new Kohler/Sterling unit. New Moen shower valve, trim & head. Sheetrock repair/patch. Paint (Benjamin Moore, sea salt)

Ansonia CT: Shutters and (2) side replacement windows installed for a client in Ansonia. Removed the original green louvered shutters and installed the black raised panel style. They look great and compliment the new front door we had installed last month. A simple update that adds some nice curb appeal.

Hamden CT: Oil tank removal for a long time client. They had converted to natural gas and needed the tank removed as a condition of the house being sold. Pumped out nearly 150 gallons of heating oil and then removed the 330 gallon tank.

Seymour CT: Bathroom Renovation. Converted a traditional 40’s bath to an updated , accessible bathroom with a spactious shower, a dual function valve, updated fan and lighting, insulation, accessories, grab bars & LVT flooring. We also created a space for a new all in one laundry unit by utilizing the master bedroom closet. We updated the bathroom door from a 32” to a 36” for better access. Changed the large radiator to a slimmer cast iron baseboard unit. Fresh trim and paint/stain. Finally frosted the window glass for privacy.

Updated the back entry door taking it from a 32” to a 36” with a new Andersen stotm door.
