I am pleased to share that my latest exhibition is now on view at the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.

Western Reserve Land Conservancy is Ohio’s trusted source for land conservation, restoration, and preservation, working to protect natural landscapes, family farms, and vibrant urban green spaces for thriving communities today and for generations to come. It felt like the perfect place to share this body of work.

My show features a collection of my pencil drawings and watercolors, showed in dialogue with photography from Barbra Breen whose work complements mine in the most wonderful way.

The exhibit will be up through the beginning of January 2027, so there’s plenty of time to stop by and see it in person.

Mark your calendars and save the date for the Meet the Artists Reception on Thursday, September 24th from 5 to 7 pm. I would love to see you there!

Bringing old world beauty into a brand new home.

This foyer mural depicts the timeless landscape of old world Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives, painted to welcome and inspire from the very first step inside. There is something powerful about anchoring a new space in something so ancient and meaningful.

The contrast of history and tradition within the walls of a freshly built home is exactly what makes this kind of work so rewarding.

Not every project is large scale, and honestly, sometimes the smaller ones deliver the biggest punch.

This lovely client has a living room with soaring high ceilings and dramatic dark walls. What it needed was a light abstract landscape to bring in texture, softness, and a breath of light.

She came to me needing an X-LARGE canvas she already owned repainted to work with her space, and I loved every minute of this project. Her kind words mean the world to me.

“Lari was absolutely amazing to work with! I found her through a Google search when I needed someone to repaint a canvas I already had. She responded right away and was incredibly professional from the start and throughout the entire process. When I met her in person, it was clear why she has so many five-star reviews — she’s not only extremely talented but also genuinely kind. She did a perfect job matching the colors to our space and even offered thoughtful recommendations that made the final result even better. I couldn’t be happier with her work and highly recommend Lari!”

Thank you for trusting me with your home. ❤️

My clients built their dream home from the ground up, filling it with creative, personal spaces that reflect who they are. With great intention and foresight, they also installed an elevator so they can continue to live beautifully in the home they love as they age. The door needed to be something special, something that felt as thoughtful and artful as the home itself.

The inspiration came from the legendary Louis Comfort Tiffany Peacock Doors, the iconic 1925 Art Deco hand-forged bronze masterpieces originally created for the C.D. Peacock jewelry store, Chicago’s very first business founded in 1837. Known for their breathtaking intricate peacock feather designs, those doors now live at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago as a landmark piece of history.

I brought that same spirit to this door, weaving in the rich detail and elegance of the peacock feather to create a mural that is both a work of art and a seamless part of their home. Rather than replicating the brass tones of the original Tiffany doors, I chose copper over a deep peacock green. The copper was a deliberate nod to the mural I painted for this same family years ago in their back hall, creating a thread that ties their home’s art together beautifully.

I’m excited to share another commission from . I created four paintings for a new hotel opening in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the history behind this project is uniquely special.

The hotel is housed in a building originally built by Alice Claypool Vanderbilt, whose daughter Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney went on to found the Whitney Museum of American Art. The concept for the hotel was inspired by a well-traveled woman who collected beautiful and curious objects as she journeyed across the globe, with France close to her heart.

Each painting that I painted celebrates that spirit of discovery, objects gathered from around the world, rich with story and elegance. The four pieces will be framed and displayed in the hotel’s stunning party room, where I hope they spark curiosity and conversation for every guest who passes through.

I am truly grateful for this commission and the opportunity to bring such a meaningful story to life through paint.

I was commissioned by to create two large-scale canvases for a new hotel opening in Burlington, Vermont.

Each piece captures the tranquil beauty of Lake Champlain with mountains, water, and the native flora of the region. I hope the serene and calm waters offer every guest a moment of stillness.

Can’t wait to see them framed and in their new home in Burlington!

Just completed this colorful mural for a basement playroom designed for three active kids. Bold colors, playful patterns, and energetic shapes bring to life a space that includes a workout area, interactive games, work stations, and more.
This is exactly the kind of project that makes my work so rewarding!

Just painted this 13-foot diameter cloud dome at the top of a spiral staircase. ☁️
This is phase one of a larger project—I’ll return this spring to paint the spiral staircase itself, creating a cohesive vertical experience from bottom to top.
