Insurance job, my favorite! Basement remodel! The client had a flooded basement, and had to strip it down to the concrete. Had to pour a self leveling agent in the main living room area and full skim coat the basement. The bottom half of the staircase and the entryway platform was done by myself, the upper half of the staircase was done by the home owner prior to me showing up.

Floor is laid and trim is done 👍 Johnson Hardwoods LVP flooring was used for this project! The clients chose both the flooring and trim. (All painting was/is being done by the client)

I brought in 5,625 pounds of flooring to do this project. I also had to put down 700 sqft of 1/4 inch plywood underlayment to raise the floor height to keep the floor continuous. The stair nosing is being put on the stairs, but the manufacturer sent the wrong nosing. I unfortunately didn't catch it until the last minute. But new nosing is on the way! I'll be back to put it on as soon as it's delivered.

Stair case is done. Lots of prep work to get this staircase ready for flooring. Had to trim out the outside face of the stairs to hide the ugly spots. The client is doing the paint touchup.

Also carpeted 3 bedrooms but forgot to take photos of two of the bedrooms!

Little tile action to end the week! Nice way to make the mudroom feel good!

I wasn't hired (yet) to do the trim. I've been asked to do that now so I'll be doing the trim work here before long also to finish it up and make it feel complete. Nice radius on the staircase too.

Backsplash is done 👍 client chose tile and grout and loved it. Super happy I was able to get this right considering how bad the cabinets and countertops were out of level and bowed....pretty bad too because they're brand new.... In a brand new house .
