I know we have been silent for a while that is because we made a move back to east texas we soon will be doing our seasonings from scratch our salsas from almost scratch and we will be introducing more seasonings, a hot sauce, and El Diablos Beso will be coming in am really excited for this one so please give me time they need to be planted and grow i will have a unique growing technique i learned from my younger days I havent forgotten about the people who have been huge supporters of Junior's and even the midnight munchies line of snacks thank you so much for the love-Joe "Junior"

As Junior's spreads its wings, leaving the Texoma area, we're eager to maintain our connection with this community through our outstanding products, and we're looking forward to making frequent visits. We're headed to East Texas, where we'll cultivate our own ingredients, returning to our humble beginnings, guaranteeing that every bottle of seasoning, every batch of our salsa, jams, and big back butter are filled with flawless flavors.
