At this point my sourdough journey is basically:
mix, hope, wait, stare at dough, question life choices, bake anyway.

But hey… this one actually LOOKED more like bread, so I’m calling that progress.

W0W what a learning experience today, but I really feel like I am getting close. I am going to do this exactly the same with the exception I’m going to cook it longer covered before I remove the lid. And people if that’s not it I really may have to just give this up.

Well this is a favorite! Grilled chicken and green bean bundles. Chicken has been marinating for days(the longer the better). We always make a huge batch. Marinade: Japanese BQ Teriyaki sauce and a ton of garlic! YUMMY 😋

Well, they’re definitely not Louisiana strawberries. Have a few tweaks for next time but still yummy!

Today I made sourdough tortillas! It was all out Mexican today for Sunday lunch. Chicken fajitas, gluten and dairy, free, enchiladas, tacos, Spanish rice, and make your own guac bar !! Oh yes sourdough brownies for  dessert .
