🍎 Apple Fritter Love at Pomegranate Market! 🍎

Today, I made fresh Apple Fritters using our Gluten Free Please Apple Fritter Mix for samples at Pomegranate Market on Louise Ave. Everyone loved them! 😍

The best part? Our Apple Fritter Mix is VEGAN and so easy to make! 🙌

Here’s how I made them for samples:

🍚 Used rice milk as my milk of choice
🥄 Used a small cookie scoop to make the little fritters
🥥 Fried them in about 1 inch of coconut oil in a cast iron skillet
🍯 Whipped up a simple glaze with powdered sugar, water, and vanilla

That’s it! Easy, delicious apple fritters that are perfect for fall! 🍂🍎

This one of my favorite times of year. The cooler days, the cozy kitchens, and the smell of something delicious baking in the oven. 🧡

October is the perfect month to slow down and gather around the table (especially since it is getting darker sooner). 🍎🎃🍁
