The Bosco Verticale towers in Milan are a perfect example of how we can incorporate plants into our urban lifestyle! 🏙 In English, the name means “vertical forest” because the building contains over 900 small trees! 💖🌲 ⁣

i found myself crying today.
no sounds
no whimpers
just tears streaming down
it felt so good and yet
i don't know why
someone inside just
needed to cry
i regret so much
truely wish something's
were better
wish it could've given
my kids a stable life.
parents that loved eachother.
that is my biggest regret.
we don't even like eachother
they learn from that.
now they don't care
they don't love
they don't understand.
it could've been different.
it could've been better.
had i chosen wiser.

i beat myself up
almost daily.
remembering all the mistakes I've made.
it keeps me grounded.
it keeps jailed.
I'll never forgive myself
for all the wrong i did.
it's not all their fault.
an excuse no less
i can f**k up on my own
and i do it the best.
i can be miserable alone
no help required...
thoughts so jaded
and memory
inspired.
a friend said it well...
sometimes it feels like hell.
sometimes it feels unreal,
like someone is playing
us like a game.
they leave me
feeling nothing but shame.

then i try
i get up.
don't even wanna try.
but i push because
that's not my life
that's not my story
i will have a say
i will try each day.
