My mini-me killed his first deer this past Saturday afternoon. He made a 100+yard shot right at last light. We had to make a pretty long track and he was right with me every step of the way. At one point I was sure we wouldn’t find her and I told him that we probably weren’t going to find her. It broke his heart…I prayed hard to find her. We finally found a spec of blood and kept going. 3 hrs after the shot we found her. My buddy and I shared the drag up to about 10 yards from the truck and he finished it. To say I’m proud is a colossal understatement. Thank You, Lord for the blessing him with his first deer and the excitement and joy that came with the adventure we shared. #
