Heyoooo! We’ve been relaxing since Christmas, but what is relaxation without some antiquing? The answer is: it doesn’t exist! My first market was an absolute dream come true!!!! I have been dreaming of being a vendor since I was a little girl selling “sour spray candy” on a teenie tiny table in my parents’ booth as they were selling their own version of potpourri. Taking the leap to finally start my business and go to market has been an emotional roller coaster, to say the least. I poured blood sweat and tears into making it perfect and lovely, and I was met with nothing but kindness and appreciation from all walks of life. I had the opportunity to take a toddler’s first ever dollar for a bracelet, we cheered afterwards of course. I hugged my neighbor vendor after the show. I heard stories and shared laughter. It was an amazing time. I might not have sold out, but on a few occasions there was an actual line formed outside my booth with people waiting their turn to get in and “take a look, take a sniff!” Needless to say, I am so beyond grateful to have been part of this day and I seriously can’t wait to do it all over again sometime soon! Also, if you’re interested in buying any potpourri or maybe a unique tchotchke or trinket, please do reach out! I do still have a little of each fragrance left and I’m happy to ship. :)

It’s such a lovely day today! The air is brisk, the sun is out, the birds are chirping, our puppy is playing in the yard and the people are buzzing around about town. My hunny & I are sitting on the front porch preparing pinecones to be scented tomorrow. Stay warm! 🥰🌲

These past few days for me have been plum full of fruit slicing, dicing, and drying. I absolutely LOVE the way citrus smells up a home! 🍊🍋🍋‍🟩💚

Next up on my agenda, applesauce & cinnamon ornaments. Yup! You heard that right. They smell scrumptious, look adorable, and can last for years with gentle handling. 🐻🎄
