The Frozen Block Method🧊✨
Today, we answer your most asked questions about our pasta meal prep system!🍝 We’ve received A LOT of messages, comments, and emails, and we’ll try to address the most important ones! Thank you SO MUCH for the warm welcome you gave to this method, for your trust, interest, and all the love, it truly means the world to us!🥹❤️
1. The molds🧊 - We use silicone molds, we tried several brands and the one we loved the most was (this is a spontaneous share, not a paid collaboration), they’re high quality and were perfect for freezing our sauces. But you can easily find other very good options too, just be careful as some may wear out faster!
2. The freezer management - Spoiler alert, do NOT do like in the video! It’s purely aesthetic. In real life, once the sauces are frozen, we transfer them into freezer-friendly containers that avoid any freezer burn or funny taste 😌
3. How long can you store them? You can usually keep your frozen sauces up to 3 months! But it might change a bit depending on the sauce.
4. NO, it’s NOT handmade soap!🤣
