We are hiring a full-time Sales Consultant for our expanding Exeter, PA location.

Spring House Window & Door has served homeowners for more than 30 years with quality products, expert guidance, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As we expand, we are looking for a sales professional who values craftsmanship, service, and strong customer relationships.

Position Details:
• Starting salary: $65,000 with 3% commission
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Health insurance, paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO
• Employee discounts and professional development
• Full-time, on-site role

About the Role:
• Assist homeowners with window and door selections
• Prepare quotes and agreements
• Support customers from first consultation through installation
• Coordinate with scheduling and installation teams
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation
