These delightful bars bring the warmth of grandma's kitchen to your family gatherings.

Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
* 1/2 cup butter, melted
* 2 cups cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 cups diced apples
* 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the diced apples, then pour this delicious mixture over the crust.

* 2 large eggs, room temperature preferred
* 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 ½ cups (160g) pecan halves, very finely chopped
* 1 ½ cups (340g) unsalted butter, softened
* 6 oz cream cheese, softened
* ⅓ cup (66g) light brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* 4 ½ cups (562g) powdered sugar
* 1 Tablespoon heavy cream
* ⅓ cup (35g) pecan halves, very finely chopped, optional

Instructions:

* ½ cup powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 8 oz cool whip
* 1 small package chocolate pudding (3.9 ounces)
* 1 small package vanilla pudding
* 3¼ cups milk
* 8 oz cool whip (yes, more!)
* ¼ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions:
