It’s time to stock up on some spooky-season goodies from Pinch of Salt Baking Co. 🧡🥖

I’ll be baking up some delicious homemade sourdough and sweet treats for Saturday morning pickup on Halloween, October 31st! 👻

✨ Here’s what will be available:
🎃 Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough Loaves $17
🍫 Double Chocolate Chip Sourdough Loaves $15
🎃 Pumpkin Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with Brown Butter Icing $4.50 per roll (sold in a 2 or 4 pack)
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies $12 (sold by the half dozen!)

I know I’ve been quieter than usual and wanted to hop onto to give everyone an update! For those that haven’t seen me in person recently, I’m baking up something entirely new! Baby #4 loading and due in January 2027! 🩵

Although life has been busy, I plan to have some drops through the holidays including an updated cookie menu 🍪 with some holiday favorites, as well as popular sourdough artisans and cinnamon rolls! 🍞

So stay tuned for drop dates and what else I’ve got cooking! As always, thank you all for your tremendous support and patience while I get ramped up for the holidays! 🙏

Your girl has been busy!! Learning how to make a gluten free sourdough loaf has taken longer than I thought it would, but I finally made a pretty darn good loaf!

🍂 That’s a wrap on Farmers Market season! 🍂

As the market season comes to an end, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by the Pinch of Salt Baking Co. tent this season. 🧡

I’m honestly a little sad that it’s over! But more than anything, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you to every familiar face, every new customer, every kind word, and everyone who took a chance on something from my little microbakery. 🥹🍞

This season taught me SO much about bulk baking, planning, timing, and keeping up with the beautiful chaos that comes with baking for a crowd! 😂 It was a learning experience in the best possible way, and getting to meet so many new faces made it even more special.

While the market tent may be packed away for the season, Pinch of Salt Baking Co. isn’t going anywhere! 👀✨

I’m looking forward to offering weekly or bi-weekly pre-orders throughout the fall and winter, filled with fresh breads, cozy treats, and plenty of seasonal favorites.

And YES… you can expect fresh cinnamon rolls for Thanksgiving and Christmas! 🎄🍥 Plus lots of other delicious breads and treats along the way. 🧡
