RITUAL OF THE WEEK — RECEIVE ✨
This week is not about striving, proving, or pushing.
It is about opening.
Receiving requires presence.
It requires stillness.
It requires the willingness to allow life to meet you without resistance.
You do not have to chase everything meant for you—some things arrive when you are finally still enough to notice them.
Ask yourself this week:
What am I allowing myself to receive without guilt, hesitation, or control?

5-MINUTE MEDITATION TIP
Before your day begins or before bed:
• Sit in stillness and close your eyes
• Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
• Exhale for 6–8 seconds
• On each inhale, mentally say: “I am open”
• On each exhale, say: “I receive”
Do this for 5 minutes without rushing the process.
Let your nervous system settle into availability instead of urgency.
