Van de’ Lee’s background in interior design contributed to her love of everything bright and beautiful. From decorating million dollar homes to creating a unique, seasonal niche with custom designed and decorated Christmas trees, Van de’ Lee’s fascination with lights and color
sparked another creative endeavor – the creation of bottle lights.
“I’ve always been interested in art that makes people smile, and the lights that I create now are affordable pieces of art,” says Van de’ Lee. The current bottle light business began 8 years ago at a Houston flea market, and Michael and Van de’ Lee say the business just took off. From providing quality hand crafted products, the couple truly enjoys meeting new people and introducing them to their lights. What sets their hand-crafted bottle lights apart from others are the original designs, the energy efficient and long lasting (up to 14 years) LED lights, and the recycled bottles. These are not just another bottle with colored lights! Customers are thrilled with these unique lights that can be used as safely in a nursery or on an outdoor patio.
