📢 Important Update for Custom Orders 📢
To help protect my time and the cost of materials, I will now require full payment upfront before I begin working on any custom order.
Unfortunately, I’ve had too many orders placed that were never paid for after they were completed. As a small business, I simply can’t continue purchasing materials and spending hours creating items without a commitment.
Effective immediately:
🧶 Full payment is required before I start your order.
🧶 No exceptions.
🧶 Once payment is received, your order will be added to my work queue and I’ll provide an estimated completion time.
