Important Reminder from CKE Lawn Care
As the mowing season gets busier, we'd like to clarify a couple of things:
✅ Lawn care service and landscape bed maintenance are separate services.
Routine lawn care includes services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces. Landscape bed maintenance—including w**d removal, bed cleanups, pruning, mulch touch-ups, and other detailed bed work—is quoted and billed separately unless specifically included in your service agreement.
We also want to address scheduling and pricing:
If you chose not to continue service earlier in the season and decide to return later during peak summer demand, we are always happy to discuss availability. However, all returning customers will be quoted based on current-season pricing and current property conditions. Previous years' rates or early-season rates may no longer apply.
As temperatures rise and schedules fill up, properties that have gone without regular maintenance often require additional time and labor to restore, which can affect pricing.
We appreciate all of our loyal customers who keep a regular schedule and trust us with their property year after year.
