There’s something special about that moment just before you open a bag.

Before the first bite, there’s the first look—and I wanted that to be part of the experience too.

I wanted the new packaging to feel like more than just a bag. I wanted it to feel warm, welcoming, and unmistakably Kissy’s Caramel Crunchies.

Every detail was chosen with care, from the colors and little touches to the way each flavor will have its own personality.

And speaking of personality…

You may notice a friendly little face on the front.

His name is Caleb. 💜

He’s the first of several Crunchies you’ll be meeting along the way, but I’ll save his proper introduction for next time.

For today, I’m so excited to finally share the new packaging with you.

Before someone ever takes their first bite, they see the logo.

Not because it's the most important part of Kissy's Caramel Crunchies...

But because it's the first impression of everything the brand represents.

As Kissy's Caramel Crunchies grew, I realized the logo needed to grow with it.

I wanted it to feel warmer.

More welcoming.

More timeless.

Something that reflected the heart of Kissy's Caramel Crunchies and the feeling I hoped people would have every time they visited my booth, opened a bag, or took their very first bite.

Today, I'm excited to finally share that new look with you.

On Wednesday, I shared the question that changed everything for me:

What do I want Kissy's Caramel Crunchies to become?

I realized I wanted Kissy's Caramel Crunchies to be a specialty food brand with a unique, memorable identity—one that brought a smile to people's faces before they ever tasted their first Crunchy.

I wanted it to capture a little bit of the wonder, imagination, and magic many of us remember from childhood.

The more I thought about it, the more ideas began coming to me.

Little by little, they began connecting in ways I never expected.

Then one day, those ideas finally had a name...

Crunchville.

Now Kissy's Caramel Crunchies finally had a place to call home... and the identity I'd been searching for all along.

Over the next several weeks, I can't wait to share everything I've been working on—from new flavors and a new look to the little world that helped bring it all together.

I hope you'll follow along as this next chapter unfolds, and I can't wait to welcome you back to my booth this fall.

Over the past several months, I've spent countless hours jotting down ideas, redesigning things, making revisions, starting over, and asking myself one simple question...

What do I want Kissy's Caramel Crunchies to become?

Little by little, those ideas began coming together.

Some of them changed.

Some of them evolved into something completely different than I first imagined.

But every step helped shape what comes next.

I'm so excited that I finally get to start sharing that journey with you.

It's been a little while, and I wanted to take a moment to check in.

Back in May, I had to cancel my Memorial Day show because of some unexpected family circumstances. Since then, my time and attention have needed to be focused on what mattered most.

Thankfully, things have settled down, and I'm excited to be back.

Even before all of that happened, I had been working behind the scenes on something that had slowly grown into much more than I ever imagined.

Over the next several weeks, I'll finally be able to share it with you.

The caramel crunch you know and love isn't going anywhere. It's still made with the same care, the same recipes, and the same love that it's always been.

What has changed is everything around it—and I can't wait to show you.

Due to an unexpected family situation, I’ll no longer be attending the Castleberry Fairs & Festivals Meredith, NH Memorial Day Weekend event this weekend.
