After returning from Peru, I brought home something extra special to share with you hand pressed cacao made by Mama Maria, my maestro’s mother.
Every meal she prepared was made with so much intention, care, and love, and if her cacao carries even a fraction of that energy, we’re in for something beautiful.

This Sunday we’ll gather to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and experience this cacao together before dropping into breathwork and sound.

Thank you everyone for your love support and patience while i went on this journey of a lifetime.

I couldnt be more grateful for the experience and for everything ill be able to now share with you all 💕✨ (and if youre joining us for sacred reset sunday may 31st youll be drinking some fresh hand pressed cacao with us from mama Maria)

So much to say about this trip i could write a book, it was truly magical already planning/manifesting my way back to the jungle 🐒

Ill be opening the shop back up Saturday may 30th!!

You have to actually put in the work to see results and ill tell you breathwork and meditation is one of the best things ive ever experienced.
The power is within my friends, you have no idea what icky shizz you can work through with a lil meditation, the breathe, and a trusted guide
