Glad I got pictures of these treats! Banana Carrot cake mini muffins 🤩 they were a big hit with the kids and the Great Dane (who ate everything off the cooling rack while I fed the kids 😳)

Dinner was a BIG hit tonight! All the kids ate it up! I didn’t have enough zucchini so I put the rest of the filling in mushrooms 😉
