I’m so excited to introduce one of the newest additions coming soon from Joy & Jubilee! 🤍

Meet our first two cake pop flavors:

🍪 Cookies & Cream (Oreo) – Rich, chocolatey cake coated in creamy white chocolate and topped with Oreo cookie crumbles.

🔥 S’mores – Chocolate cake dipped in white chocolate, finished with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and a Hershey’s chocolate square for that classic campfire flavor.

These are just the beginning! Soon you’ll find these (along with other delicious baked goodies) in our adorable rolling bakery cart popping up throughout the week—not just on weekends!

We Are Undergoing a Name Change 🤍

As many of you know, you’ve come to know us as The Gallo Cottage. We are so thankful for every order, every kind word, and every person who has supported our small business along the way.

As our business continues to grow and our vision expands beyond baked goods, we felt it was time for a name that better reflects the heart behind everything we create. Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin to see us transition to our new name:

Joy & Jubilee

This change is more than a new logo or a new name—it tells the story of why this business exists.

Nearly three years ago, our family said goodbye to my grandma after her courageous battle with breast cancer. While losing her left an incredible void in our hearts, her greatest legacy wasn’t her illness—it was her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.

One of the things she reminded us of often was this simple truth:

“The joy of the Lord is your strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10

She believed that true joy wasn’t found in perfect circumstances, but in God’s faithfulness through every season. That reminder continues to shape our lives today.

That’s why we chose the name Joy & Jubilee.

Joy represents the deep, lasting joy that comes from the Lord—a joy that carries us through celebrations, hardships, and every ordinary day in between.

Jubilee is rooted in Scripture and represents freedom, restoration, hope, and celebration. In the Bible, the Year of Jubilee was a time of renewal, when debts were forgiven, people were restored, and God’s provision was celebrated. To us, it is a beautiful reminder that God is always making things new.

Our prayer is that everything we create—whether it’s handcrafted cake pops, desserts, home fragrances, gifts, or future collections—brings a little more joy into your home and reminds you to celebrate the blessings found in everyday life.

Every order is made with care and the hope that it becomes part of someone’s birthday, holiday, wedding, baby shower, family gathering, or even a quiet moment around the kitchen table.

Thank you for supporting our small family business and for allowing us to continue this journey with you. Your encouragement means more than you know.

We hope Joy & Jubilee brings a little sweetness to your day and reminds you that, even through life’s hardest seasons, there is always reason to celebrate God’s goodness.
