One order doesn’t look like much until you realize somebody stood in a kitchen and made every single part of it.

I’ve never wanted to build just another meal prep company. I want Kelso’s Kitchen to feel different because it IS different!!

I want you to be able to tell I made your food.

That’s really the whole point. GOOD fresh food with intention. That’s all I’ve ever wanted this side of the business to be😊

Gorilla Bread is one of the originals in Kelso’s Kitchen. It is a full 10 oz loaf of soft, homemade banana bread made with protein and ingredients you’d actually want to eat.

The entire loaf:
495 calories | 28g protein | 54g carbs | 14g fat

Not a single slice. Not half the loaf. The whole thing!!

Eat it cold, warm it up, throw a little butter on it, have it for breakfast, dessert, pre-workout, post-workout—I don’t care. Just don’t expect it to taste like “protein banana bread.”😌

Today September 5th, Kelso’s Kitchen will be set up at the Beal Center in Chesterfield for the ✨FIT N FADED WELLNESS EVENT✨ starting at 10am and I’m bringing the goods!!

Protein Fudge Brownies, Pebble Punch, Chocolate Drift, Classic Krunch, Gorilla Bread & My Southern Classic Protein Cinnamon Rolls 🤠

BREAKFAST JUST GOT ADDED TO THE KITCHEN🌯🔥

Apparently feeding yall lunch and dinner wasn’t enough😌

Bacon Chorizo Protein Breakfast Burrito
Egg + egg whites, chorizo, bacon, crispy hash browns, cheddar & jalapeño all wrapped up and toasted on the griddle.

And because obviously I couldn’t just give you a regular sauce… it comes with my high-protein smoky aioli on the side 🤌🏼
