We have 6 of these tabletop firepots for sale. $40 each with fire rock and citronella essential oil. We used smokeless lantern oil, so they can be used indoors or out. I.M. if interested in one. Regular citronella lantern oil can also be used.

Sorry, folks...I haven't been posting lately. I've picked up some scrap lumber, so should be starting on some more "crafty stuff" soon. We didn't get the lefse making video done this past season as time just got away from us, but will definitely shoot for next November. Stay tuned for more recipes and homemade items for sale. If you have an idea for a personal item, please send an IM and I'd be happy to try to design something for you.

I received my registration with the St of MN...so we're good to go for the rest of 2021! I'll likely start cranking out lefse in the next couple of weeks, so please send me an IM if you'd like a pack of 12 half sheets for $10. I usually freeze it immediately so there's no chance of it getting funky...so if you'd like yours unfrozen, please specify that and I'll make sure to just keep it in the fridge for you.

Another recipe for those with a bounty of apples? How about an amazing, easy one for the best Apple Crisp? This is a family favorite and you can use ANY kind of apple.

Fill 9x13 pan 1-1/2 inches deep with sliced apples
Mix 1 cup sugar & cinnamon to taste (I add at least a tablespoon) and sprinkle over top

Topping: soften 1 cup butter, mix in 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour

Crumble on top and bake @ 375 degrees for about an hour

I have to be honest here...if I have the apples...I fill the pan with apples as full as I can get it and leave just enough room for the crumble so it doesn't fall out.

I prefer the more tart apples, but have used some pretty sweet, soft apples and cut back on the sugar a bit.

**disclaimer** make sure to buy ice-cream before making this because you'll definitely want some when you smell it baking!!!
