We have Gladiolus coming in like hot cakes!

$1 a stem

I currently have 10 dozen cut if anyone would like any. And tons left in the field.

Also, peep the reason we took a little step back this year. Eli James will be in the fields running in no time. Next year we hope to get back to more cut flowers and produce, but this year we have glads and hopefully some late tomatoes. Let us know if you need gladiolus!

Saturday we will be at Liberty farmers market. We will have several Gladiolus that can be made into arrangements either before hand with pre-order, or we can make you something there. We will also have local honey, jellies and preserves. A variety of beans or peas, cucumbers, and possibly some late squash too.
We also have some watermelons and cantaloupes!

We hope to see y’all there!

I’ve been selling our flowers in arrangements. I love it. It’s something my husband and I both enjoy. Today, a person I’ve never met before, bought two of my arrangements from seeing them at the desk. She text and told me there was an envelope for me at the desk. I found the sweetest gift, I love this crocheted sunflower! Flowers just make us all happy! Let us know if we can make an arrangement for you, still $1 a stem with a small charge if you want to keep the vase.

We are so excited about this!

Market vendor highlight today is Gilmore’s Produce, Cut Flowers, & More out of Staley NC! We are excited to have Christy joining our market with her delicious farm grown vegetables, cut flowers and more!
"The first of August we will have sunflowers, gladiolus, and wildflowers, a variety of beans and peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, maybe some late blueberries, I’ll have some blueberry jam for sure. Also, in the months to come, I’ll have pumpkins, gourds, molasses, and pop corn. We are "Got to be NC" certified."

Sunflower overload! If you’re interested in cutting some they are $1.00 each, or I can pick them for you, some of the larger ones are staying for seeds and will be tagged! If you want to come take pictures let us know too, we have a small fee! I’ll be home most of the day tomorrow and we will be around this weekend off and on!

We are so proud of our wildflowers and sunflowers! They are so pretty! The sunflowers have really produced well, we still have another section that is almost in bloom! The zinnias are blooming, and the gladiolus are really starting to pop too, I’ll post more pictures of them later this week, I am so happy with them, I’m pretty sure my mother in law, Elaine would be too!

I am very proud of this massive sunflower and how beautiful it is. I just wanted to share for the world to see. 🌻

The produce is coming in great too! We have been setting up at Liberty’s farmers market on Saturday mornings. We will be there this weekend too hopefully! We have enjoyed meeting so many new people! Thank you all for your help and support, we really appreciate it!

We will be setting up in Siler City coming in August too! I’ll share more details about it soon, We can’t wait to see y’all there!

We run on the honor system, there is a money box on the trailer.
