Here at Joe & Julie's Bag's N Craft's we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. We strive to make the best products we can and always try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. With that said... We are not responsible for any damage to your bag due to over-stuffing (example: putting 10 lbs. of stuff in a 2 lb
. bag) or alterations (example: trying to fix something yourself) that you may have made to one of our bags, you catching your strap on something and ripping it or bending the hardware. Believe me we have seen it all and yes we will know if that is what happened. We will still try to fix or repair your item for you but there will be a charge. The minimum charge will be $10.00 for any repair, if it is going to be more we will let you know once we have physically seen the item. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES: Thank you for choosing us! We are excited and more than happy to assist you. We proudly offer custom Bag's, Purse's and other items, each handmade with care. Once you have decided on your Bag/Purse style, fabric, color and any other necessary information, a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we can begin making your item or items (unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time). This deposit money goes toward fabrics, supplies, hardware and materials in order for us to make the said item or item's and that is why it is non-refundable. Payment is due in full once your order is completed. CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is originally placed. Rush orders cannot be canceled at any time. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT: Simply put, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. At our discretion if the item or item's are new and unused we will exchange for something of equal or lesser value or give you store credit. PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS MAY TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 4 WEEKS DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY WE ARE. IF WE HAVE TO ORDER SPECIAL FABRIC OR HARDWARE OF ANY KIND IT COULD TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON SHIPPING. NO WE DO NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF LAYAWAY OR PAYMENT PLANS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
