Established The New Deli in 1985, mentoring young employees in developing kitchen skills. Got real good at writing recipes. Published a cookbook/devotional in 2006. Excited about upcoming book, in the works!

Tom says, “Feliz Navidawg”! (The outtakes for this occasion were pretty funny- getting two Vizslas to do the right thing is a challenge!) In any case, we’ve had a wonderful time with family and friends over this Christmas season, but continue to take care of these two while our son and his wife visit her dad. (He had not seen the new baby yet.) We will see Tyler and family soon, upon their return, and these two pups will have to bid Camp Coco adieu. (“Camp Coco”? Our oldest grandchild couldn’t say ”Grandma Cote”, so I have been Coco ever since.)
