Moving along tedious work sanded all the logs stained and top coated. Repaired and painted all the chinking. New sheetrock wrapped the rafter ties. Next is refinishing the floors. I can see the end in sight

The TRUE reality of a fixer upper. 9 degrees and no heat. You have to work bc of deadlines,and the bathroom you have been using for five months(in the old house) has no running water and is flushed with a dry wall bucket of water (when it isn’t frozen) many many people have said to me “oh I would love to flip houses.” It’s is stressful cold wet and not always fun but….. I do love it!!!
