37 pounds since May. 58 pounds since last year. 🥹🤍
Looking at these pictures side by side brings up so many emotions. Sometimes you’re so focused on the day-to-day that you don’t realize just how far you’ve come until you stop and look back.
This journey has been about so much more than losing weight. It’s about choosing myself. Choosing my health. Choosing to keep going, even when it’s hard. Learning to give myself grace on the days when progress feels slow and reminding myself that I’m worth the effort.
I still have days when I struggle to see the changes that other people see. Days when I’m learning to love the woman in the mirror while still working toward becoming a healthier version of myself.
But I’m proud of her. The woman who started this journey, the woman who kept showing up, and the woman who is still showing up today. 🤍
My goal is health forward. Not perfection. Not a number that defines my worth. I want to feel stronger, take care of my body, protect my future, and be here for the people I love for as long as I possibly can.
58 pounds down, and I’m still becoming her. 🥹✨
If you’re on your own journey, please remember that you don’t have to change everything overnight. Just keep choosing yourself, one day at a time.
This is more than a before and after. This is me choosing ME. 🤍
