I didn't get pictures of the loafs of bread, because they were not picture worthy. :( Does anyone have any tips and drinks to get your bread to rise? My first rise is wonderful. But once I shape them and put them in the bread pans, they only raise to the top of the pan, and there is no rising once in the oven either. I am letting the yeast bloom before adding my flour, but what am I doing wrong?

My sourdough baking isn't going well, so I decided to go back to a good old fashioned sandwich loaf. I didn't let the first batch raise long enough, so I am trying again. I'll post pictures when they are done!

I am also working on Hailee's blanket. I am using a smaller yarn than I did with Emma's blanket, and I am regretting it. I have used so much yarn already and I have barely made any progress.

I am working on a few earwarmers today as well! I am hoping to buy some yarn and make them in different colors here soon. If you have a color request, please let me know! ❤️

Hi everyone! Welcome to my crafty page 💖

I have decided to dive head first into my old lady phase, and post all the beautiful things I create. Today I am spending the day with my 2 youngest girls, working on Hailee's throw blanket, and going to try my hand at my very first loaf of sourdough bread.
