It’s so interesting to see how what I create changes over time. This is one of the series of more geometric/mid century inspired pieces I did a few years ago.
But the colors in this have resurfaced in my newer work.
Theres just something about blue and brown that inspires me. Maybe it’s because it’s like the elements of land and sky.

What is weird?
I often refer to my art as "weird" and downplay it because I am afraid people wont like it.
But what is normal?

I have always been afraid of being a little different. But aren’t we all? Creativity is weird. It’s making something out of nothing. So, cheers to being weird!

This weird little guy can be yours! Just 4x6 in size unframed it’s great for a small space.
