Update: The puppies and Chantilly have been adopted! Betty Lou hasn't had any interest. She is shy at first but once she warms up she won't leave your side.

In case you missed our posters featuring adoptable shelter dogs at the Christmas Parade, here they are. Betty Lou (shepherd mix) is shy but sweet. Chantilly (golden retriever/pyrenes) has a very calm loving demeanor. The 3 rambunctious puppies are a wire hair terrier mix (will be available for adoption very soon).If you’d like to meet any of these dogs or simply spend some time with them for a puppy fix, give the Lassen Animal Shelter a call.

Update: I'm a couple days late, but here it is. We've recycled an impressive 62 POUNDS!!!!

I can't believe how many bags we've collected in just 2 weeks. A huge shout out to Sit Spot, Milwood Florist, Thompson Peak Vet and Robert's Ranch Feed Store for being our drop off locations.

Weight will be announced Friday.
