Today we catered a small wine tasting party to prepare for a larger wine tasting event next weekend.
On today’s menu:
Riesling paired with goat cheese and hot pepper jam crostini and spicy gochujang glazed cocktail meatballs
Chardonnay paired with shrimp tostadas and sourdough, gruyere, havarti and dill grilled cheese
Cabernet Sauvignon paired with smashburger sliders on brioche rolls and meatballs in spaghetti cups
Merlot paired with blackened salmon bites
Moscato d’Asti paired with apple galette
