I found a Loren Korff Nob Hill.

The next challenge was getting it into the car.

What followed involved optimism, questionable decision-making, and a surprising amount of geometry.

Against all odds, the Korff made it home.

Now I just need to figure out where it’s going to live.

I went to the garage fully intending to pull the Lawbre and get it started

The dollhouse muses had other plans.

The Harrison and the Victorian Farmhouse distracted me.

So instead of starting the Lawbre, I spent my time reinforcing bases, adding bottom boards, and convincing myself this was absolutely the correct decision.

The houses are now structurally sound.

The Lawbre is still waiting.

And I suspect it is judging me.

Next up: trim.

Day 8 of getting Drew Barrymore’s attention.

Her house is beautiful.

But that’s not really why I’m telling you about her.

I’m telling you because she became one of the stories I couldn’t stop thinking about.

One of seven stories that eventually found their way into *Carried Forward.*

The funny thing is, I thought I was collecting dollhouses.

What I was really collecting were stories.

After trying very hard to win a set of discontinued dollhouse windows… Alysha finally did it 🪟✨🏆

And if you’re not into miniatures, this may seem like a very tiny victory.

But miniature people know… finding discontinued pieces is equal parts patience, strategy, luck, and maybe just a little obsession 😂

These windows have officially been secured and we cannot wait to see where they end up. Sometimes the smallest details are the ones worth chasing.
