Monday 3/16/26: There are those RARE AS Fk times where Jane’s luva (me) cooks… like I dunno… 1x every 2 years? This time Jane was away on business for half a week so I manned the helm….

3. : actually surprisingly wasn’t that great. I think the meat was just far too lean. SRF rip off. I braised it for more than 4 hours it just never got that soft. Gave up
4. …. But the braising liquid is worth mentioning!: 1) !!!!, 2) Red wine, 3) lots of beef stock

8. Also a bottle of barleywine I personally aged for 10 years!!!!!!…. Sooooo rich. Definitely took on amazing character
My kids are mostly carnivores, so everyone was hella happy!!
