It’s pretty tricky to master Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies but, I think we did it! These are gluten free, sugar free and only 9 carbs per cookie! The one thing I will add next time are walnuts! That will make these FABULOUS! Grandma's Kitchen is so proud to introduce our new “Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies!” Healthy and free of all the bad stuff! I made more than four cookies but had to taste test of course! 😉 The two on the bottom just came out of the oven, other two were baked yesterday.

Friends! Grandma's Kitchen will be testing a few Keto recipes this weekend and in the weeks to come so we can officially offer Keto desserts by the end of this month! We have tested Keto Peanut Butter Fudge and it’s absolutely delicious! Even Jacob said, “it’s yummy!” I will be testing Keto Blueberry Muffins, Keto Fudge Brownies, and the rest will be a surprise! Family and friends! Over the last year my eyes have been opened to so many people suffering with their health and medical issues, including my beautiful daughter Denise! I’ve watched her and many others have to sit by and watch as others indulge their sweet tooth! Having a sweet tooth myself, it hurts my heart watching so many have to sacrifice the sweets they love! Sacrificing all the delicious desserts and their favorite treats due to health issues! Well, NO MORE!! Coming soon to Grandma’s Kitchen, we will be offering beautiful CARB FREE AND SUGAR FREE KETO DESSERTS! They will be safe and free of all the bad stuff! This is my first Keto creation and it was a BIG HIT! This beautiful “Keto Chantilly Cake” is made with almond flour, coconut flour, and Swerve Sweetner. It’s full of fruit filling in the center and has a Cream Cheese and Mascarpone Cheese frosting! We will be offering this beauty and many others next month! Nothing will warm my heart ❤️ more than to help everyone that’s had to sacrifice the delicious desserts they love, get to enjoy their favorite SWEET! Yesterday was a magical day! Our son-in-law Asiel surprised our daughter Denise with a surprise “Vow Renewal” for their 10th wedding anniversary! But, what she didn’t know was, he planned the wedding they never got to have. Asiel asked me if I would make them a small “Keto Chantilly Wedding Cake” but, I didn’t know if I was up for the challenge! I don’t really do cakes and I had never baked a Chantilly Cake much less a Keto one! But, I knew I could not let my kids down on her their special day! So, through a lot of practice, prayer, and sleepless nights, I did my best and delivered! Congratulations to Asiel and Denise Perez! Here’s to another 10 years! I have to say, one of the most special parts of the day was having their precious little boy Jacob there! We love you all! ❤️❤️❤️
