Happy New Year!!! Day 7.
I’mma give it 20.
I really don’t have a New Year’s resolution.
*Here’s what I am implementing:
Anything I want to see change or improve in my life—organization, working out, mindset, health, wealth, business—I’m making it my business to give it 20 minutes of my time every single day.
*20 minutes a day = about 122 hours in a year.
That’s way better than starting a New Year’s resolution and giving up in two weeks.
*Consistency over pressure. That’s the plan.
If you’ve been falling into the trap of not following through on your resolutions, whatever they are start with 20 minutes a day.
If that feels like too much, start with 10 minutes.
Show up daily, and watch the small steps transform your life.
