With over 30 years of experience in the food services industry, Chef Paul brings to the table a wealth of culinary expertise and executive experience. Forrest Baumhover is a retired Navy Commander who managed food services operations and logistics, but just never learned how to cook. Paul and Forrest grew up together as brothers from other mothers and after careers that sent them all over the worl

d, they and their families settled down a mile and half away from each other in Tampa, Florida. Both Paul and Forrest are long-time connoisseurs of craft beer and good food.
