Cheese doughnuts - a savory treat that can be served alongside your favorite dinner.
🧀425g ricotta cheese
🧀140g feta cheese
🧀 4 eggs
🧀1 teaspoon salt
🧀 2 teaspoon baking powder
🧀 approximately 200g of flour
🧀 oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients except the flour with a fork, the incorporate the flour, the mixture must be thick enough not to fall off the fork, use a cookie scoop and dip in oil, then in mixture and drop in hot oil, fry on all sides until it turns brown. Optional top qith shredded frta and serve warm.

Chocolate pudding
🍫 10.5 oz melted chocolate(semi-sweet)
🍫30 fl oz milk
🍫4 tablespoons cornstarch
🍫powered sugar to taste
🍫1/2 tsp rum extract and 1/2 tsp orange extract
In a saucepan whisk milk with cornstarch and sugar, then add melted chocolate and simmer on low heat, whisking occasionally for about 20 minutes until thickened as shown. Remove from heat and add rum and orange extract, pour into cups and let it chill to room temperature then refrigerate a few hours and serve.
