Ordering Process for Chanee’s Creations

1. Place an order via Messenger, WhatsApp, E-mail, or text @ (252) 316-5077

2. Once you and I have reviewed and confirmed your order, I will then create your invoice and send it to you however you chose you'd like to receive it. This can be sent via E-mail, Text link, or messenger.

3. HERE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
I WILL NOT begin to create your order until THE INVOICE HAS BEEN SETTLED Meaning PAID IN FULL. You may pay in full at once, and you may make small payments until the invoice has been paid off, but please understand that I will not begin your order until the Invoice has been paid in full.

4. What you order and the quantity of what you order will determine the turnaround time. All orders have a MINIMUM of TWO WEEK TURN AROUND.

5. RUSH ORDERS ARE ALLOWED ON CERTAIN ITEMS. There is a $25 rushing fee that will be applied to the invoice balance.

6. You will receive a preview of the design before I apply it to the actual item. This will be your time to make changes and corrections. Once I have cut out the design and applied it to the item there will not be any change requests allowed at this point.

**Please understand that all items are personalized/customized. If I make the product before receiving payment and the customer does not settle the invoice, then I can no longer use the customized item and will take a loss timewise as well as product-wise.
